A holon — Arthur Koestler's word — is something that is simultaneously a whole and a part. A sensor is whole, and part of a device. A device is whole, and part of a data system. A data system is whole, and part of a learning loop. We build each layer so the next one can trust it.
What we believe
Hardware is the first model. Every learning system inherits the assumptions of the sensors that fed it. Timing errors, compression and closed firmware become model errors that nobody can see.
Existing before custom. Shenzhen already makes most of what a hardware team needs. The value is knowing what exists, measuring it, and changing only what matters.
Measured, not promised. "No problem" is not a specification. We write acceptance tests, run them, and publish our methods.
Owned by the client. Data routing, firmware, calibration and design files belong to the people building the product.
